So What Is the Ticket Beater Guide 2008?

The Ticket Beater Guide 2008 is simply the most up to date driving defence guide available today.

It will show you how to:

  • Beat Speeding Tickets - and get a letter of apology from the Police!
  • Cancel ANY Parking Fine - making local authorities regret the day they put a ticket on your car!
  • Win In Court - leaving the Police and so called 'Safety' Camera Partnerships VERY red faced.

Included in the Ticket Beater Package are all the template letters and knowledge you will ever need to help you avoid 'speed camera phobia', or 'scamphobia'.

Common symptoms of this debiltitating drivers disease include:

  • Fear of speed camera's in general, causing irrational braking when one is seen.
  • More time spent looking at the speedometer than watching the road ahead.
  • Watching out for speed camera's or vans with open doors or blacked out windows more than the child that may run out, or for pedestrians.
  • Palpitations and high blood pressure when any mail is received marked 'Safety Camera Partnership'. Sudden need to sit down when letter from them is opened.

If you suffer from any of the above, you will know what a cruel and soul destroying experience this can be. Any joy that you had whilst driving your car is now gone, you now hate driving in unfamiliar areas where speed camera locations are not known to you. Unfortunately, this is now commonplace with UK drivers, as the number of speed camera's rises to over 6000, 2500 of these being the dreaded mobile speed camera's.

Don't pay attention and go just a few miles above the speed limit on a deserted motorway at 3 am in the morning ... and you will face a COLLOSAL 3 Penalty Points on your driving license, an expensive court appearance, extortionate car insurance and a whopping fine.

And after you get 12 Penalty Points, YOU ARE BANNED FROM DRIVING.

If you've only been driving under two years, it's just six points before you're banned.

ARE SPEED CAMERAS MAKING THE ROADS SAFER? Not at all. In the period from 1997 to 2000, money raised from motorist speeding fines went from £14 million to over £26 million. Yet road accidents during that period INCREASED, not decreased. Currently, speed cameras raise over £120 million per. year.
Do you think this money goes towards making the roads a safer place? Think again!

The 'Safety Camera Partnerships', formed by Police and Local Authorities, now spend over £95 million running their nation wide network of 6,000 (and growing) speed cameras. Many of their costs are completely unrelated to road safety. The official figures for 2005-6, contained in a written parliamentary answer, show that Avon, Somerset and Gloucestershire safety camera partnerships spent £326,400 on publicity, £81,700 on accomodation, and just under £500,000 on administration.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight safety camera partnership spent £86,524 on publicity and appointed a public relations officer, while Cheshire safety camera partnership spent £50,000 on refurbishing their collection offices. Warwickshire safety camera partnership spent more than £500,000 on processing costs, £105,450 on management and administration, and £116,693 on communications. Essex safety camera partnership ran up a bill of £8,855 on photocopying, spent £9,052 on smartboards and £7,495 on a plasma TV screen and software. Derbyshire safety camera partnership spent £15,000 on 'promotional items', and £250 for staff T-shirts.

Earlier this year, the safety camera partnerships were ordered to use profits for safety projects, but they have continued to spend money on the same frivalous things, claiming that they constitute "running costs".

Instead of helping keep the roads safe, the Police Force and Safety Camera Partnerships are using motorists to increase funding that government will not provide, and increase profits for local authorities. The motorist is been persecuted, taxed and fined out of their cars, with the only alternative a delapidated Public Transport system that cannot possibly cope with the demand.

This is TRUE. Ask yourself, do you know ANYBODY who does not have any penalty points on their driving licence? Ask yourself as well...
