Road Safety Partnerships are supposed to be in the same categories as charities, ie. all the money that they acquire goes back into making the roads safer. This also allows them to get away with not paying any tax. But many unscrupulous Safety Camera Partnerships were NOT using the money to make the roads safer, instead they were spending huge chunks of revenue raised on 'administration'. This included 3 figure salaries for some managers, luxury outfitting of premises, accomodation, plasma TV's, t-shirts and more that had nothing whatsoever to do with road safety.

When she quit her job, she swore that they would not continue to get away with this and that she would do everything in her power to make sure that this would not be allowed to continue.
